Network Setup¶
The first step to access the xARM6 is to ensure that you have a static connection from your host pc to the xARM6.
To set up a connection to the xArm6, please follow the provided guidelines:
Connect an ethernet cable from your host PC to the ethernet port of the xArm controller.
Next in your host PC, create a static connection from your network manager with an ip of
192.168.1.51
. For the netmask, use255.255.255.0
.Once the static connection is setup correctly, After switching the power on of the robot you can check if the network communication is set up or not by:
ping 192.168.1.xxx # (ip addreess of the robot usually written on control box)
